I study politics, philosophy and economics. I am a magician. I do feminist magic because feminism and stages once taught me how to create myself. At the moment I travel with my show “queer of hearts”, that I have displayed in Sweden, Spain, England, Ecuador and Mexico in the past year. I deeply believe in the power image has to tell stories and shape realities, which is why I am now directing and producing a movie from talento x talento: a social platform that I created four years ago to celebrate diversity. Euphoria is my new trick, with which I am aiming to share testimonies of trans* people from around the world.
With more than 30 years experience in global marketing and communications Catherine has worked with blue chip businesses around the world and lived both in Europa and US. Her roles have included senior international management positions with Harrods, Motorola, Napster, Edelman, Almond Board of California and Dolby. Most recently she has held leadership positions within higher education at the University of Leicester. Her experience in building and mentoring teams, developing corporate/brand narrative and effective marketing strategy in a range of industry sectors from start-ups to multi nationals provides invaluable support to business leaders and entrepreneurs alike. Currently a member of Authentic Vision’s European Advisory Board, she also works with C-suite executives on crisis, marketing and communications strategy and leads highly effective, results orientated "Brand Bootcamps" which help businesses develop brand frameworks and tools to align their position and messaging.
